Joanna has written a good answer here.
I am 27, LDS, and 5 days away from marrying my own amazing non-Mormon man. As for conversion, she just spent every waking second thinking about converting people.
Don't forget too that IF you are successful in turning the lights on and deconverting her, the family would resent you the rest of their lives.
And there is NO taking them off to wear a sleeveless shirt, cute sun dress or regular, girl-length shorts in the summer. She will probably feel persecuted and attacked if you try.
We learn sooooooo much from each other. I was off travelling the world when I met and fell madly in love with a deployed Marine.
